Why such a deal? One of our printers packaged books before the ink on the cover properly dried which resulted in some marred cover mostly along the spine. The content is great, but not the covers.
Patchworkers seem to love 12” (30cm.) blocks mostly because 12” is easily divisible by either
3 or 4 and those are the most common geometric design grids. You may not realize 12 in. is also
easily divisible by 5 or 7 if you have From Marti Michell Perfect Patchwork Template Sets L,
